Your name and/or organization will be listed in UNESCO's public documentation of how the learning and assessment content domains were developed if you provide that information when requested and check the box giving us permission to release this information to UNESCO. If you provide both your name and organization, they will appear in separate lists (your name will not be associated with your organization and vice versa). Your responses to this survey will not be linked to the contact information previously collected by Microsoft nor will they be linked to your name/organization; your answers will be reported in aggregate with those of other respondents.
