Welcome to Forrester's 2011 Social Intelligence survey!
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this study. We're researching the different ways companies use social media as a data channel - including listening, monitoring, analytics, measurement, insights, and more. We will ask you a series of questions around your experience with your listening platforms (social media monitoring or analytics vendors) and your use of social media.
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. All respondents will receive a copy of the Forrester research report - "2011 Trends In Social Intelligence" when it publishes in the next 3-4 months. All responses will be confidential and none of your responses and comments will be attributed to you or your organization. Rather, we will be using these responses in aggregate as part of our assessment process.
